Discrimination of any kind is very challenging for people to handle and live freely in society. Gender discrimination has always been an issue in private companies where male hiring is preferred. Gender discrimination has caught more attention in recent years, and most women do not see themselves working in private companies as managers or even employees (Amirkhanyan et al., 2021). Organizational factors and gender stereotyping contribute to discrimination in the workplace. Women are facing problems in getting their position in the companies. The negative stereotypes have fostered discrimination, and women are not seen as compatible as men in the business fields (Gunn et al., 2021).
